A person’s journey in life is unique and varied. Health, relationships, personal identity, and life milestones all have their goals and their struggles.  When seeing a therapist, you want someone that supports your goals as well as provides you appropriate resources, experience, challenge, and insight.  Therapy is not always easy, but the work is worth the outcome!

Mr. Lee likes to use numerous techniques to help reach the clients goals.  Often our work is talking about a difficult subject to help gain critical insight.  Other times our work is role playing hard situations to practice what needs to be said or done.  We might joke together, be sad together, and problem solve together.   Don’t be surprised if there is homework!

Mr. Lee understands the struggles of parenthood as having been a stay at home dad and continues to very active in his home life.  With an appreciation of  family systems and the role that parents play in lives of the children, Mr. Lee works diligently with the parents.   Our work is to provide a secure, safe, and thoughtful approach to parenting, family relationships, and how the family system works.

Family is the capstone of Mr. Lee’s professional experience.  Mr. Lee is also able to work with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns from his experience working with those with chronic mental illnesses, offenders and perpetrators, and victims. Mr. Lee also works with many that are exploring identity and their place in the world.

With a history of hard cases in the mental health world, Mr. Lee is equipped to support your journey!
