Sabrina is born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She has always been active in extracurricular activities that allowed her to be social throughout her life. Throughout her life, she has always enjoyed listening to, and supporting others. Her passion grew into one that would ultimately allow her to work side by side with people towards the efforts of helping others.

Her professional path included obtaining a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, and a Certification in Yoga Instruction. She has then began practicing within the realms of Substance Abuse & Addiction, Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Children and Adolescents, as well as multiple family related concerns. She continues to practice Yoga Instruction through Yoga Den and provides Mindfulness and Breathing Practices along with body awareness in response to varying stress-related problems and/or disorders.

The combination of Counseling and Yoga Instruction has continued to support a diverse approach in her practice with individuals and varying presenting problems and concerns. The utilization of therapeutic and yoga-related practices allows Sabrina to focus upon one’s mental, physical, emotional and at times spiritual health towards the final goal of holistic health and happiness.

She believes in providing a person-centered, solution-focused, and mindful approach. This eclectic approach allows clients to feel more confident and mindful towards understanding their unique selves and experiences through life. All in all, the most vital aspect in her counseling practice is to provide a safe space for others, and allow them to grow and develop however they strive to be.
